Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome to Nepal. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred by private vehicle to your premium 4-star hotel in Kathmandu. After check-in, you will have time to relax and recover from your journey. Your trekking team will provide a detailed briefing covering the Everest Base Camp route, altitude, weather, trekking conditions, packing requirements and safety procedures. If required, your guide can also assist with final equipment preparation. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and a warm introduction to Nepalese hospitality. Overnight at a premium 4-star hotel in Kathmandu.

Kathmandu – Lukla – Phakding
After an early breakfast, you will transfer to the airport for your scenic flight towards Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. Flight operations are dependent on weather and operational conditions. Upon arrival at Lukla, meet your trekking team and your dedicated personal porter, who will assist with your main luggage throughout the trek. Begin your trek through the Dudh Koshi Valley, passing traditional Sherpa villages, stone walls, suspension bridges and forested landscapes before reaching Phakding. The first day is intentionally moderate, allowing your body to begin adapting to the Himalayan environment. Enjoy a full-board dinner at your lodge before settling in for the night.

Phakding – Namche Bazaar
After breakfast, continue along the Dudh Koshi River towards Namche Bazaar. The trail crosses several suspension bridges and passes through the Sagarmatha National Park before reaching the famous Hillary suspension bridge area. From here, the route climbs steadily through pine and rhododendron forest towards Namche Bazaar. The final climb is challenging, but your personal porter carries your main luggage so you can focus on walking comfortably with a light daypack. Upon arrival in Namche, settle into your upgraded/best-available lodge and enjoy a hot meal and evening rest.

Namche Bazaar – Acclimatisation
Today is an important acclimatisation day. Rather than simply resting at the lodge, you will take a gradual hike to a higher elevation and return to Namche to sleep. Depending on weather and group conditions, the excursion may include the Everest View Hotel and surrounding viewpoints, offering impressive views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and other Himalayan peaks. You will then return to Namche for lunch and have the afternoon to explore the town, visit local shops or relax at the lodge. Your trekking team will conduct a daily oxygen saturation (SpO₂) check and monitor your general condition before the next stage of the journey.

Namche Bazaar – Tengboche
After breakfast, leave Namche and follow the scenic trail towards Tengboche. The route initially contours along the mountainside, providing spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and Ama Dablam before descending towards the Dudh Koshi. You will then climb gradually through beautiful rhododendron and pine forests towards Tengboche, one of the most important spiritual centres in the Khumbu region. Visit Tengboche Monastery and enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings. After settling into your lodge, enjoy a warm full-board dinner and rest for the evening.

Tengboche – Dingboche
After breakfast, descend through the forest towards Deboche and cross the Imja Khola before gradually climbing towards Pangboche and the higher Khumbu Valley. The scenery changes as you gain altitude, with fewer trees and increasingly dramatic mountain landscapes. Continue towards Dingboche, a traditional Sherpa settlement surrounded by spectacular peaks. Your personal porter will deliver your main luggage to the lodge while you trek with only your essential daypack. Enjoy dinner and rest well as you prepare for another important acclimatisation day.

Dingboche – Acclimatisation
Today is another essential acclimatisation day. After breakfast, take a gradual hike towards a higher viewpoint around Dingboche, depending on weather and group conditions. The objective is to gain some additional elevation during the day and then return to Dingboche to sleep. This helps your body adjust before entering the higher-altitude section towards Lobuche, Gorak Shep and Everest Base Camp. Your guide will monitor your condition and conduct the daily SpO₂ check. After lunch, enjoy a relaxed afternoon at the lodge, hydrate well and prepare for the next day's trek.

Dingboche – Lobuche
After breakfast, begin the trek towards Lobuche. The landscape becomes increasingly rugged and alpine as you leave Dingboche behind. The trail gradually climbs towards the Thukla area, where you will encounter memorials dedicated to climbers and mountaineers who lost their lives in the Everest region. From here, continue along the moraine landscape towards Lobuche. At this altitude, your guide will maintain a comfortable pace and regular breaks. After arriving at your lodge, enjoy a warm full-board dinner and rest for the important Everest Base Camp day ahead.

Lobuche – Gorak Shep – Everest Base Camp
Today is the major highlight of your Everest journey. After an early breakfast, trek towards Gorak Shep, the last settlement before Everest Base Camp. After a short rest, continue towards Everest Base Camp, following the rugged moraine terrain beside the Khumbu Glacier. Reaching Everest Base Camp is the culmination of the upward journey and provides an unforgettable experience at the foot of the world's highest mountain. Spend time exploring the Base Camp area and taking photographs, subject to seasonal access and local conditions. After completing the visit, return to Gorak Shep for dinner and overnight accommodation. Your guide will continue monitoring your condition throughout this high-altitude day.

Gorak Shep – Kala Patthar – Pheriche
Wake early for the famous Kala Patthar viewpoint experience. The pre-dawn ascent allows you to experience the Himalayan landscape as the first light reaches the surrounding peaks. From Kala Patthar, weather permitting, you can enjoy exceptional views towards Everest, Nuptse, Pumori and the surrounding Himalayan range. After returning to Gorak Shep for breakfast, begin your descent towards the lower Khumbu Valley. Continue towards Pheriche, where the lower altitude provides a welcome change after the high-altitude sections of the trek. Enjoy a full-board dinner and a comfortable night's rest.

Pheriche – Namche Bazaar
Today you will continue your descent through the Khumbu Valley. As you lose altitude, the air becomes richer in oxygen and the landscape gradually becomes greener. Follow the trail through traditional Sherpa villages and across suspension bridges while enjoying views of the surrounding mountains. Continue towards Namche Bazaar, where you will spend the evening in a comfortable lodge. After several demanding days at high altitude, this is an excellent opportunity to relax, enjoy a hot shower where available and recharge for the final trekking stages.

Namche Bazaar – Lukla
After breakfast, begin your final full day of trekking towards Lukla. Retrace the trail through the Dudh Koshi Valley, passing through forests, villages and suspension bridges. The route gradually descends towards Lukla. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and enjoy some well-deserved rest. This evening is an opportunity to celebrate the successful completion of your Everest Base Camp trek with your guide, porter and fellow trekkers.

Lukla – Kathmandu – Recovery
After breakfast, take the scheduled flight from Lukla back towards Kathmandu, subject to weather and operational conditions. Upon arrival, your private vehicle will transfer you to your premium 4-star hotel. The afternoon is reserved for relaxation after the trek. In the evening, enjoy your included 60-minute trek recovery massage, followed by time to freshen up and relax. Later, experience your included Kathmandu casino evening, with casino entry and return hotel transfer. Personal gaming expenses, food, beverages and other casino spending are not included.

Kathmandu Heritage & Departure
Depending on your international flight schedule, enjoy a half-day Kathmandu Heritage Tour covering selected cultural highlights such as Pashupatinath, Boudhanath or Swayambhunath. The exact sightseeing program will be adjusted according to your departure time. After the tour, return to the hotel, collect your belongings and transfer by private vehicle to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey. Your Everest Base Camp adventure ends with unforgettable memories of the Himalayas, Sherpa culture and your achievement at Everest Base Camp.
