    Kathmandu · gear check

    Tech kit review, harness and crampon fitting, weather desk. No surprises.

  2. Day 02

    Lukla · Namche

    3,440 m

    A fast approach, with porters and the lodge already arranged.

  3. Day 05

    Base Camp

    4,570 m

    Set up ABC under the southwest ridge. Puja ceremony so the mountain's cool with us.

  4. Day 08

    Camp I

    5,700 m

    Granite slabs and the Yellow Tower. Overnight on the ridge. Sleep if you can.

  5. Day 12

    Camp II · Mushroom Ridge

    5,900 m

    The hard pitch. Fixed lines, ice screws, and patience. Do not rush it.

  6. Day 16

    Summit window

    6,812 m

    An alpine start. The hanging glacier, the Dablam, and the summit. The window is the window.

  7. Day 20

    Descent · Namche

    3,440 m

    A controlled descent, then a quiet night in Namche. That is enough.
